If you are new to counselling the process can appear daunting, therefore I recommend you follow the links in the paragraphs below for more information on what I offer and how I can help.
Grounded in Person-centred Therapy, I endeavour to provide a safe, empathic and non-judgemental environment to facilitate a therapeutic relationship. The counselling process can be as challenging as it can be rewarding but with the supportive counselling relationship established, we can courageously explore together. Using deep, honest conversation we will unfold your issue, having assurance that truth and collaborative investigation can bring about positive transformation.
Informed by an integrative approach using theories from psychological schools of Psychoanalysis, Humanistic Psychology and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, while also applying tools of meditation and mindfulness where appropriate, I commit to offering myself in service to your healing, self-understanding and growth.
